The book "My Smart Puppy" defines FRAP as follows: "Twice a day (sometimes more, sometimes less) your puppy will go a little nuts. Ears back, she will race around your home, barking and spinning, leaping and careening into things. What the heck is going on? This is what we call a FRAP. // This stage passes, but it is mighty cute while it is here!"
