Well, now I have finally arrived to my new home. I was put in a van, it was a long drive - or so it seemed - and my stomach got a little upset. As a result I wasn't quite myself when we finally arrived. I found it best to hide under the kitchen chair. After a short nap I began to investigate my new surroundings.
Oh, I got a brand new collar and a long leash, which we tested the same evening few times. During the first walk I managed to produce a handsome pile of boop on the sidewalk. My folks thought was absolutely fabulous. They made such a fuzz about it, so I figured I might just as well keep on downloading that stuff. Keeps my folks happy, you know. There is one slight detail I don't quite understand though. Why do they pick it all up, if booping on the sidewalk or grass is such a marvellous thing to do?!
Anyway, the first night went surprisingly well. They dumped me in a crate, nothing wrong with it as such, but I felt lonely. Yes, my folks slept in the same room, but I'm used to sleeping in fairly crowded conditions, so it felt - kind of empty. I did express my opinion about the state of affairs, but was sadly ignored. It made me crumpy, so I had to mutter to myself. Big boys don't cry, you know. Eventually I passed out and woke up around 4 a.m. when I h a d to go t o toilet. My folks - well, my mom - got up and took me for a short walk. We have done a great deal of walking today, it's only short distances, but we go out frequently. After a nice stroll outside it's time to take a nap. Eating, booping, walking and napping, that's pretty much it. After all, I am only ten weeks or so.
